1. Overview

Standards developed by the Open Cloud Consortium use the Notice and License contained in Section 2 below unless another notice and license is selected by the working group developing the standard and approved by the OCC Chair.

Open source software developed as part of the Open Cloud Consortium select one of the licenses available from the Open Source Initiative, unless another license is selected by the working group developing the software and approved by the OCC Chair. See Section 3 below for more information.

2. Open Cloud Consortium (”OCC”) Notice and License

This notice and license applies to all software, standards, documentation, and any other materials developed by the OCC (”a release”) unless another notice and license is selected by the working group developing the release and approved by the OCC Chair.
